One standout activity is a special video featuring the suitcase – a symbol of journeys – to tell the story of first-time travelers at Da Nang International Airport. The video captures their experiences, from the dedicated support of staff to the diverse, high-quality services, ensuring comfort and peace of mind for every traveler.

Behind-the-scenes video series
We also launched a series of 7 videos showcasing different teams and departments, such as Security, CIP Lounge, Operations, Technical Support, Passenger Assistance Team (PAT), Ground Services (SAGS), and Cleaning Services. These videos reveal the efforts behind the scenes that ensure safety and satisfaction for passengers.

Cultural discovery farm trip
In December, our airport organized a cultural discovery fam trip, welcoming special guests from South Korea and Vietnam. The trip offered them a chance to immerse themselves in local culture, savor traditional cuisine, and take part in year-end festivities. Guests also experienced the exceptional services provided at the airport.

This fam trip successfully brought the unique charm of local culture closer to international audiences while emphasizing the airport’s commitment to embracing hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
